found some beef frank in the fridge, the mix it up with baked pinto beans... throw in some garlic, shallots, jalapenos, and a pack of taco seasoning mix... some chicken stock then cook it to reduced some of the liquid...
place it on some taco trays, put some homemade tomato salsa and fresh chopped cilantro... two of those are good after a night out with the Ironhead... yum yum..!!
