visiting a friend

A few days ago I got the chance to visiting Jawir of Stonehead Choppers. Its a one man operated little chop shop...Jawir is a down to earth, straight forward kinda guy,its always fun just to hang out at his shop...He done almost anything by himself...except paint and some other stuff...I mean, this guy build his first frame based on a drawing on his garage wall...it a perfect example how one man necessity could boost limitless creativity...the shovel on the pics is his personal ride, its been undergoing some makeover...it was a hi neck&way out there springer front end kinda bike, now he's been chopping up the frame(the actual frame that he build based on the drawing on the wall) lowering the neck, new tank and fender,handlebar...fabricated the parts and some other goodies...lookin good already...can't wait to see it done...more of the pics at SSMC's blog...

quick trip to Bandung

I went for a quick trip to Bandung,West Java about a week a ago. Got a chance to visit Didot at Retrogrades Slaughter House to check on my flathead project...snap some picture of the shop and what he's been workin' on....the rod is powered with Holden's in-line 6 cyl. engine...pretty neat, cant't wait til its done and hitting the street of Bandung...more pics at SSMC blog!!

Larasati Tattoo Parlor

Larasati Tattoo Parlor is a new tattoo shop in town located in Kemang area. Run and own by my long time buddy( the dude at the pic), Fajar aka Maze a great graffiti and tattoo artist. There were two artist workin at the shop including Maze. The other artist is mas Bima, Maze's big brother...so, it's kinda family business thingy. Wishing the best of luck for the new venture guys.
